BGRIMM Lilan Consulting Corp. (BLC), the former marketing research center of Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (BGRIMM), was incorporated in December 2014. As an independent consulting firm for metals, BLC succeeds all consulting business and regular researches of the former BGRIMM’s marketing research center starting in 1990s. BLC is an internationally renowned metals research consultancy to provide marketing intelligences, cost analysis, project scoping study, prefeasibility study, and feasibility study for the metal industry.

BGRIMM is a state-owned company under authorization of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). BGRIMM was founded in 1956, and it is acting not only as a products & technology supplier in the areas of mining, industrial explosives & blasting, mineral processing, non-ferrous metallurgy, processing equipment and reagents, but also a service provider for resource evaluation, technical audits and diagnostics, due diligence, process development, Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), feasibility study, engineering design and EP/ EPCM /EPC etc.

BLC is a LME (London Metal Exchange) category 5 member.

Objectives

BLC’s objective is to provide independent and professional in-depth advices and consulting services on assets, companies and markets, giving clients the insights of China’s base metal industry. This is done through rigorous research and analysis supported by the strong technical background, a countrywide network of mines, smelters, refineries, fabricators, downstream end users and industry associations together with an experienced consulting and research team of BLC.
